Our Technology

Advanced Air Duct Cleaning Methods
Huurnink HVAC cleaning systems use high-volume compressed air and aerodynamic nozzles whereby a minimum of 5 Cubic Meter Per Minute (180 Cubic Feet Per Minute CFM) of air is supplied to the nozzle.

* Nozzles can traverse up to 25 meter (80 feet) with a single access       opening
* Nozzles create an air knife’s effect to cut away duct debris thus
providing effective agitation without the need for brushes
* Air volume from nozzle transports debris down stream in the same
direction of the vacuum unit/dust collector.
* Nozzles adhere to the sides of any ductwork shape
* Nozzles can effectively operate in vertical risers
The Advantages:
Most Effective Use of Labour Hours - less frequent duct access equates to lower labour, materials, and overall cost.
More thorough cleaning - Huurnink systems can go where conventional systems cannot, guaranteeing that the whole ventilation system
will be cleaned.
Low impact to facility operations - because the few access openings in the system cause minor disruption in the facility. A small dust collector/vacuum unit reduce logistics, time and effort.
Avoid Cross Contamination - Huurnink's advanced systems are removed from the ductwork without re-contamination, reducing the cleaning frequency. With conventionel methods cross-contamination occurs from pulling out brushes and other conventional tools from the ductwork.
Huurnink Indoor Environment Investigation
Huurnink examination of airborne dust and micro organisms throughout the facility.
* Measurement of temperature (T) and relative humidity (Rh)
* Measurement of air renewal (CO2), flow rates and air current
* Measurement of the 19 indices listed in the Indoor Air Quality
  Standard  (GB/T 18883-2002) implemented in March 2003.

Computer Clean Rooms Service
Computer installations put high demands on indoor environment. Dust and moisture can cause serious problems. Huurnink service starts at the design and includes the continuous control and supervision of clean rooms. During the design phase, Huurnink can provide guidance on all relevant indoor environment and technical aspects of new spaces or during reconstruction.
As soon as the construction is finished an investigation is carried out according to international guidelines (NEN-EN-ISO 14644). Thereafter computer equipment can be installed without any risk.
